II. Return & Exchange Policy
Nate King Pipes, LLC will accept all returns within 14 days of purchase, minus shipping charges. Return is ONLY accepted on items that have not been tampered with and are returned with their original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds or Credits will be issued after the item is returned to Nate King Pipes, LLC and inspected. Please check below for specific return policies for items. Due to extenuating circumstances, I may choose to make an exception to these policies.
A. New Pipes
Any new pipe may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the price paid for the pipe, minus shipping charges, as long as the pipe remains unsmoked, has not been tampered with, has not been damaged, and is not missing original packaging. Refunds will be issued after the item has been returned to Nate King Pipes, LLC and inspected and deemed eligible for warranty refund. All new pipes carry a lifetime warranty from defects in material or manufacture by Nate King Pipes, LLC. Misuse, excess wear, or physical damage are not warrantied. A credit for the amount paid will be issued upon inspection and approval of a defective new pipe.
B. Shipping Damage
If your items or package is damaged at time of delivery, please refuse the order and contact Nate King Pipes, LLC to arrange a refund or re-shipment. If the items are damaged, and you are unable to refuse the package, please contact us, and Nate King Pipes, LLC will contact the shipping carrier to pick up the package, and to arrange a refund or re-shipment.
II. Reserve & Layaway Policy
If you would like to reserve an item or put an item on layaway, please contact me to discuss options. Certain items will not be available for reserve or layaway.
III. Special Order Policy
Please contact me if you would like to special order a pipe or any other item. If you do not see the item you are looking for, please contact me, and I will try to accommodate you. See THIS section for commission policies.
IV. Customer Satisfaction Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with my service or products, please contact me. I will do my best to remedy any issue you may have.
V. International Shipping Policy
Due to changing regulations and shipping rates, International shipment requirements may change without notice. Nate King Pipes, LLC will ship anywhere in the world that my shipping carriers are able. International orders will be subject to a review for accurate shipping calculations, address verification, and individual country guidelines before the order is shipped. Nate King Pipes, LLC will not falsify customs forms under any circumstances. The shopping cart will calculate approximate shipping rates, and I may adjust them to the actual amounts charged me before shipment.
VI. Payment Policy
All orders must be paid for in advance by Credit Card, Check, Certified Check, Money Transfer, or Cash. Orders paid via Personal Checks may be held until the check clears. An additional $30.00 fee will be assessed for all returned checks. All Credit Card payments will be charged at the time of shipment and only for the items shipped and shipping charges.
VII. Pipe Repair Policy
Nate King Pipes, LLC no longer handles pipe repairs. Please contact me if you need help finding a pipe repairman.
VIII. Sales Tax and Excise Tax Policy
Orders shipped to Indiana addresses will be charged a sales tax in the amount of 7.0% of the order amount after shipping. Nate King Pipes, LLC does not claim responsibility to pay taxes outside the State of Indiana.
