Slowly but surely the shop is coming together. Slower than I would like, but moving forward nonetheless. I finally received my Grizzly 14″ bandsaw after UPS Freight failed to deliver it 3 times. Even though it caused a bit of grief, I am very glad to have it! It is better than I could have imagined, cuts extremely well even with the ‘shipping’ blade.
I also received my window decals in the mail. So, first order of business last night was to apply one to my front door. All the years of putting decals on IndyCars paid off! It applied nicely and looks great!
Tonight I did some work on my ducting for my dust collection system. Got a good amount of it complete, now to wait for more equipment. My last major purchase in this round will be the Precision Matthews lathe. Once that arrives, I will finish that segment of the dust collection ducting. I am told it will arrive the first of October. Here’s to hoping!
